Repeat’s logic powers notifications to customers on Repeat SMS, Postscript, and Klaviyo. In general, our logic uses a variety of factors to predict when a customer is likely ready to order, such as
- products purchased
- date of order
- how often customers typically reorder a given product
- in/out of stock status, etc.
Our notification logic is driven by algorithms so we cant tell you exactly when messages will go out per customer or per product. Among other things, the algorithms consider:
- all products purchased by the customer over time
- the relationship between those products (for example, if they upgraded from a single product to a kit containing that product)
- products replenishment intervals among all customers
- whether products are in stock
- date of orders for a particular customer
