Many brands choose to offer a discount for customers reordering via the Repeat flow, since these are some of your most loyal customers.

After implementing a discount, most brands see a strong increase in sign-up rate, click rate, and overall conversion rate.

How to implement

Please email [email protected] with the following information:

  1. The type of discount you'd like to offer (% off, $ off or free shipping)
  2. If there are any specifications we should be aware of (i.e., any minimum thresholds, etc.)

After we get this information, we will make suggestions for how to include this in the copy of your post-purchase opt-in form and replenishment notification. You will be able to approve or edit before we set it live.

<aside> 💡 Please note: Right now, our system sets a single, generic discount code that is used by all customers reordering via this flow. Because of this, the discount code is not "limited to one use per customer" so that customers purchasing multiple times via this flow will be able to receive the discount.

How the discount will work for your customers

  1. When the customer clicks the link, it will open their Repeat Cart where they will see a banner with information about how to apply the discount code at checkout.

  1. When the customer clicks the Check Out button, they are taken to your Shopify checkout where they can apply the discount code.
