Your opt-in landing page is a page with a unique URL that allows you to send your customers a link to sign-up for replenishment notifications. The goal of this page is to quickly grow your replenishment notification sign-up list by leveraging your existing customer base. These include both customers you've acquired prior to working with Repeat, as well as those customers that complete a purchase but haven't yet signed up via the post-purchase modal.
Here's an example opt-in landing page 👇
Check out our guide, Building a Repeat List, for five ideas on how to use it in your existing campaigns.
Repeat-SMS only supports U.S.-based customers, so to ensure a great customer experience, make sure to filter out any customers that are outside of the U.S.
You'll notice there is an "email address" field on your opt-in page. We capture email addresses, in addition to phone numbers, because this is how our platform scans for previous purchases made by this customer to know when to send them replenishment notifications.
If you are sending people to this page from an email campaign, it might seem redundant to ask for their email address.
By adding the URL email parameter, [email protected]
, to the end of your opt-in landing page URL, you can auto-populate their email address in the email field when the customer lands on your opt-in page.
